- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Do Not Come here for a DOT Physical. Avoid at all costs! It will save you hundreds! Turns out that a DOT Physical costs $99. Which seems okay to begin with, however, beware if you have a neck size greater than 18 in. Turns out if you do, you're considered a risk for having sleep apnea. You see, it's not until after you pay your $99, weigh you, measure your neck, test your urine, and do a full physical on you that they then tell you that your neck size is too big and they need a sleep apnea test done before they can give you a 2 year DOT certificate. It's very slight of hand that they don't tell you up front before you test about this. It's not until after you are completely done with your physical that you find out they just took your $99, then need a sleep study done on you for hundreds more, that you then have to return for another physical and pay them yet again $99 to get your full DOT Physical certification for 2 years. Would it really be that hard US Health Works to let people know first about the neck measurements BEFORE having them pay for a physical that they already are going to fail?June 18, 2017by Joshua Martindale
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been to this place twice and the wait is horrible. I checked in today at 8:20 am and it's 9:25 and I'm still waiting. There was no other people in the waiting room when I got here and they told me it would be a 30 minute wait. Now there are 4 other people in the waiting room and nobody has gone back yet. One lady left because of the wait. At least they could be honest with you and tell you that you may be here all day. I would have left if they said it was going to be over an hour wait. Please save yourself some headaches and go somewhere else. This place sucks!!!January 25, 2017by Reid Deschand
