- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible Horrible Horrible! Dr. Hart talked me into taking a test when I was there and said it would be covered by my insurance. He told me that all I had to worry about was taking the test and he would take care of the rest. 3 months later I receive a bill for over $600. When I called Dr. Hart's office he would not return my call and told the office lady that there is just nothing he could do. Horrible service. I would not recommend.
