- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the worst dentist in Spokane. DO NOT GO HERE. The dentist is rude and does horrible work, I have had to have all the work he did fixed by a good dentist. How can a dentist get away with doing such bad work, if I got my car painted and the paint came off 6 months later I would have a gripe with the shop, how do you get someone that does horrible work to fix that same work? - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I received a bill from Dr. Kimball's office (South Hill Gentle Dental Care) from a dental visit in October 2016. I paid my copay at the appointed as I always do. As with previous appointments, no communication tends to mean billing insurance is going smoothly and/or there is no balance. Today, I received my first statement from them for that appointment. They waited until February 27, 2017 to bill my insurance, documented insurance payments on my account on March 21, then sent me a bill claiming I had waited 90+ days to pay despite them never communicating their was an overdue balance, and apparently not working with my insurance company they've successfully used before. I was also billed for x-rays I did not receive. They also are trying to charge interest for not paying, despite not communicating any balance. I have also spoken with the dental office between my appointment and now as the receptionist who handles billing called to schedule my appointment. She mentioned nothing of any outstanding balances. Again, this is the only communication I had received from the office (phone, text, mail, email or otherwise) since my visit in October. There was no attempt to reach me regarding this bill. These are extremely dishonest business practices and this office has completely lost my trust. Nobody should have to babysit a provider to make sure they are billing insurance and communicating with patients in a timely manner.
