Wow … what a resource and so knowledgable and helpful with regard to his understanding of the WA State Health Exchange, walking alongside my wife and I through what at times feels like a maze of multiple plans, premiums, deductibles, max-out-of-pocket’s and associated nuances and differences between Spokane County and when we move to Clallam County. During our two conversations it was as if there wasn't really any question or thought or "what-if" scenario into which Bill wasn’t willing to go. I remain grateful for his continued help!
