  I have been suffering from serious migraines, headaches, jaw pain, neck and shoulder pain for 36 years. When I was 12, I wasn’t paying attention to my dad and got hit in the nose with a splitting mall. It was a total accident. Since then I have dealt with constant pain. I have seen over 150 doctors. This includes family providers, dentists, neurologist, chiropractors, physical therapy, message therapy, acupuncture, orthopedics, pressure point specialist. You name it I went. I was desperate to get relief. No matter who I saw the “relief” only lasted a bit. I have been on more medications than I can count and have spent thousands. I was finally directed to Dr. Shirley. I will admit I was hesitant at first, I mean he was just another chiropractor, right? Wrong. At my consult Dr. Shirley explained to me the real issue, I had TMD like TMJ. The first thing he noticed is that my head was not centered with my body. Then he examined my neck and shoulders and explained that they were in a bunch because the rest of my jaw and head was. He then explained that my jaw muscles were so contracted and tight that they were messing with everything. He started working on everything right away. After just 2 visits my migraines stopped. After 3 all headaches stopped, and my head felt lighter than it had ever felt. It only took 8 visits to reverse years of damage. I had been to so many doctors that I had given up. Dr. Shirley is amazing. He’s gentle and caring. His staff makes you feel right at home. I recommend Dr. Shirley to everyone, if he can reverse 36 years of damage in me, then I know he can help you.

  I highly recommend this place!! Dr Shirley is amazing at what he does and has a great sense of humor. I felt better after one visit. Everyone I interacted with was so nice. That really means a lot, especially when you are in pain. I even got a call later in the day checking in to make sure I was feeling okay after my first visit. This is a place that truly cares!!

  Dr Choate is by far the best I have ever been to. the staff in this office is super friendly and helpful. if it was avaliable I would give them 10 stars!!!
