- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Hsu's billing and office protocol as it refers to billing is pathetic. They use a failed automated service to send notice of billing and requests for address changes. Their office practices are simply lazy and ineffective. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a dermatologist The icing on the cake is when they say "well...we just don't know" in respect to a diagnosis of a skin disorder Pathetic!
