  I'm sorry to have to give a bad review but this is my first pregnancy and I didn't have a good experience there! I feel as though they are very unorganized. Good luck getting them to answer their phones. I had my 15 week appointment and I finally got to meet my doctor and then was told she was quitting and that I'd meet about 4 more doctor's after her and not know who will deliver my baby. Then when I went to make another appointment I was told that the computers were down and to call in the morning to schedule another appointment. Once again they NEVER answer the phone. And honestly the receptionist at the front isnt very pleasant. I had my chart pulled that same day and went to another doctor. I'm sorry rockwood but you guys honestly need to do a better job! :(

  I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. I had surgery to remove tubes and ovaries and the doctor was thorough, called me several times and made me feel "cared about" ... Not sure about the phone issues everyone seems to be having. Maybe I just got lucky? LoL The staff and doctors are terrific and I'm thankful to have had such an amazing person caring for me! Thank you!

  Had an absolutely awesome experience with all of the midwives there. I was induced and therefore unable to use the birth center - however I had a lot of friendly nurses and support and was able to have the natural birthing experience that I had wanted. Couldn't have asked for a better team!

  Midwife Lauren Armstrong is fantastic. She put my birth control implant in with ease, and removed it quickly and painlessly when we were ready to conceive. She's very helpful and has a lot of great knowledge. She was happy to take time with my husband and I and explain everything we needed during our appointment. She answered all of our questions and made us feel really comfortable about prenatal care and delivering at Deaconess. The clinic staff is nice, and the only small issue I've had is getting someone to answer the phone. However, when you're actually pregnant, you're provided with a 24/7 nurse or midwife support line so you don't have to rely on the clinic office hours to get the answers you need.
