- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪l&I claim: I worked the last two weeks for Grand Smiles Dr. Karen Hallinan DDS. She was out for Mental Health issues for the past month and half. She hired an Associate Dentist who I worked chairside with. As of the April 13th I showed up for work as normal assuming associate Dr. would be still on board. Turns out she came back to the practice that Monday and Said we were all fired. She had no reasoning for Firing us and would sign a statement of such. I called the police because she has Bi-Polar and I wanted proof we were all let go. I have a case number stating so. I was to received my final paycheck 4/15/2015 and contacted the other employees as well and no one received final pay.December 15, 2016by misty saultes
