- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Rhonna listens even though she's very busy. She follows through on things immediately. I have a complicated medical history, including diabetes for 50 years, organ transplants, etc. I have confidence in her skills and knowledge. Front desk staff makes some mistakes (insurance, answering questions, etc), and the younger receptionist demonstrates disdain and impatience for patients occasionally - not only towards me, but to other patients I've seen at her desk too. Rhonna is great and so are most of her staff, with the exception of the one receptionist.October 06, 2017by Shelly W
