- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Poor Attitude & Behavior - hygienist and 'Dr. Mary' DID NOT make a good 1st impression at all. Hygienist talked negatively (and constantly - Chatty Kathy) about patients habits and lack of taking care of teeth, some of which I know he was referring to me. As a child I didn't take care of my teeth which caused cavities/fillings but now I brush/floss 2x/day and don't eat any processed foods. He even said "I always put my foot in my mouth", and he is correct. Then when dr. came in she sat down w/mask already on and said how are you, then immediately looked at my teeth - I have NO clue what she looks like, and never will because I wouldn't return there ever again. She definitely ISN'T professional or polite - NO 'bed-side' manners.October 04, 2017by Mark Brown
