- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Wait times are incredibly long regardless of whether you made an appointment or not. Twice my wife made an appointment with them the first time took well over an hour to be seen. This past time took 1 1/2 hours to be seen. The entire time when asking when we will be seen the receptionist blew us off and just replied with well we are busy. When the doctor finally saw my wife, and she voiced her complaint he decided to start arguing with her.He made it sound like he was doing us a favor for us seeing him, even though we made an appointment. He then came out to the waiting room to apologize to me, by then I was already infuriated and the damage was done. This clinic does not care about the individual patients. They cram more appointments in than they can handle to fill a certain quota for the day and are rude when questioned. As I sat in the cramped overfilled waiting room, I noticed it took about the same amount of time if not longer for other patients to be seen as well. One young girl was there before us and was just being seen as we were leaving 2 hours later. My wife and I will find another Podiatrist, considering there is an abundance of medical clinics all throughout Spokane.February 03, 2017by Brett Zimmermann
